System archiving is almost here! Before archiving begins, Law School Administrator and Court Unit Administrator users may want to run reports using data that will no longer be available after archiving is performed. This includes reports such as Recommender Lists by School, Applicants with Applications, Last Logins of Applicants, or any other data needed for your records.

To run and save reports for your records, follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to OSCAR as a Law School Administrator or Court Unit Administrator user.
  2. Navigate to the Tools tab on the main drop-down menu and click on Reporting (Law School Administrators) or click on the Reporting tab on the main drop-down menu (Court Unit Administrators). A list of reports will be displayed.
  3. Click the Regenerate Report icon to the left of the report you would like to run.
  4. On the next page, click View Report to see the results.
  5. Click the Save as Excel button to save the report for your records.
