District Judge Charles R. Breyer Clerkship Filled

Judge Breyer and Judge Chhabria anticipate hiring a law clerk to assist with their multidistrict litigation (MDL) cases. The position is paid, and would last for ten months, with a possibility of extending. Start date is end of May/early June. Applicants must be organized, independent, and efficient, with excellent research and writing skills. Previous clerkship or comparable work experience is required. Applicants from underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
