It's that time of year again! The OSCAR Program Office will soon perform its annual system archiving to prepare for law clerk hiring in 2019. This is done once a year to make room for new applicants, positions, and applications--and to help the site run faster.

What Do You Need to Do?

The applicable schedule and tasks for recommenders only are as follows.

  • Task: Recommender accounts with no registered account activity for one year are archived.  
  • Suggested Action: To retain your records, download recommendation letters and templates prior to December 13. To maintain your account, log into the system prior to December 13.

Please Note: The OSCAR system will be fully functional during each of these maintenance sessions. There will be no downtime for users.
